Returns
We gladly accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• With all original tags attached
Once your return is received and approved, you will be issued store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
Exchanges
We happily offer exchanges for a different size or item (based on availability). If the item you want is unavailable, you will receive store credit instead.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at @rileyandcoboutique@gmail.com so we can make it right!
All items are made-to-order or limited inventory. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed.
