Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once your order has been processed. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.


Preorders

Items marked as preorder have extended processing times. Please allow 2–4 weeks for preorder items to be processed and shipped.

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, your entire order will ship together once all items are ready.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Changes & Cancellations

All orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once placed. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Riley & Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Riley & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
