ORDERS & PAYMENT

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or violations of these Terms. If your order is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund.

NO CANCELLATIONS OR ORDER MODIFICATIONS

All orders are processed promptly to ensure efficient fulfillment. For this reason, all sales are final once an order is placed. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed under any circumstances. Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

PREORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Items labeled as preorder or made-to-order require extended processing times. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and agree to the stated turnaround time.

Preorder timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays outside of our control, including manufacturing or shipping delays. These delays do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Riley & Co. is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

Please refer to our Return Policy. By completing a purchase, you agree to those terms. Any returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be denied.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback for a valid order that aligns with our policies—including no cancellations, preorder terms, and shipping timelines—may be considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with supporting evidence, including order confirmation, tracking information, and acceptance of these Terms.
